Well hello there,

This month, I am reminded of how blessed we are to be part of a church family that continues to serve, worship, and grow together. Summer brings many opportunities for fellowship and community, and I encourage everyone to take part in the exciting events happening around us this month.

On June 6th, our church will participate in the Lancaster County Firefighter Parade here in Columbia, and we want to express our sincere gratitude to all the firefighters and emergency personnel who faithfully serve our communities. They deserve our appreciation and prayers.

That same day, the town of Columbia will kick-off their 300th anniversary with a community celebration at Glatfelter Field from 3:00pm-8:00pm. This is a great opportunity to gather as neighbors and celebrate the rich history and community spirit of Columbia. We encourage everyone to come out and enjoy the festivities. Volunteers are welcome at our table.

This month also marks an important transition for our church newsletter. After many years of faithful service, Carolyn will be preparing her final edition. Carolyn has dedicated countless hours to making sure our congregation stayed informed, encouraged, and connected through this ministry. Her attention to detail, consistency, and servant's heart have been a tremendous blessing to our church family.

Carolyn, on behalf of the entire congregation, thank you for all the years you have poured into this ministry. Your work has truly mattered, and your dedication has not gone unnoticed. We are deeply grateful for all you have done.

As we move into the summer season, may we continue to encourage one another and build each other up"- 1 Thessalonians 5:11. Let us keep our eyes on Christ and look for opportunities to share His love wherever we go.

Product of Grace,
Pastor Richard
